Job Description
The Shelby Design Center is seeking a highly-motivated full-time flooring sales associate. We are a retail Design Center that specializes in all types of flooring. We also offer window treatments, wallpaper, quartz countertops, and lighting and home decor. Sales experience required and knowledge in flooring preferred. Pay is a base salary plus commission along with monthly team sales bonuses. Opportunity for advancement. Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits available after 60 days of employment. Life insurance, Short-term & Long-term disability and Simple Ira contribution match also available after 60 days. Retail hours are Monday- Friday 9 am- 8pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm (8 hour shifts and rotating weekends) Must have valid driver’s license. Background check required.
