Production Operator – Four Slide Setup (Experienced)

• Operate four slide machinery and adjust or repair to maintain production tolerances.
• Hourly checks on parts to verify tolerance
• Loading coils of material as needed using forklift.
• Daily quality control with the use of micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, load testers and understanding visual inspections on parts etc.
• Ability to adjust hole location on parts, adjusting slides to part specs, feeding material into machine, loading onto pay off reel, proper maintenance/cleaning of machinery as needed.
• Troubleshooting, reading blueprints and problem solving
• High regard for safety and use of precautions when setting up and operating machinery.
