Full-time and Part-time Customer Service Contact Agent. In your new role you will:

Quickly and professionally answer inbound phone calls.
Listen and responses attentively to customers’ needs.
Accurately enter data information from calls and set realistic expectations.
Work in a group and independent setting.
Putting customers’ needs first.
This is not a remote position.

[Qualifications]

High school diploma or equivalent.
Call center experience (preferred).
Detailed oriented, exercising active listening skills.
Customer focused, friendly, and upbeat.
Excellent data entering skills.
Positive attitude.
Desire to learn, develop and surpass expectations.
