Hardscape Assistant Team Leader

Essential Responsibilities
1. Assist the Team Leader with the installation of custom brick pavers, segmented and natural stone retaining walls, natural stone, masonry, outdoor lighting and custom hardscape applications i.e. kitchens, fire pits, pizza ovens, pillars, seat walls etc.
2. Assist the Team Leader with the construction drawings and implementation of the hardscape construction plan.
3. Understands elevations and uses this knowledge to assist the Team Leader in executing the construction plan.
4. Operates and maintains, proficiently, a variety of mechanical equipment, to include, but not limited to, skid loaders, tracked loaders, excavator, front-end loader, mechanical paver layer, paver carts, plate compactors, stone grinders, drills, gas and electric chop saws, chain saws, demolition hammers, and jack hammers.
5. Operates automatic and stick shift vehicles, such as dump trucks and truck and trailer combinations.
