Michigan Works! is not the UIA, MiWAM, MARVIN or IVR and can’t provide technical support for their services or provide estimates for their call wait times and web page availability.

Claim Filing Windows
UI Benefits is implementing a method to spread out claims filing to ease server and phone strain in order to make sure everyone can file a claim.

Effective March 18, 2020, your participation in the PATH program is being suspended until further notice. You will not be required to engage in AEP/PATH activities in accordance with the Governor’s directive to limit exposure. If you continue to work and voluntarily participate in AEP/PATH activities, you must contact your case manager via email or phone for supportive services or case management of your case. There will be no face-to-face contact requirement during this period.
You will receive further direction from your case manager when the suspension is lifted.
Effective March 23, 2020, your participation in the FAE&T program is suspended until further notice. You are not required to engage in activities in accordance with federal legislation and the Governor’s directive for social distancing to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. If you are employed, you can continue to receive case management and supportive services from the MWA. Please contact your MWA case manager if you would like to receive these benefits. When the temporary suspension ends you will receive written notice from MDHHS if you are to return to the MWA.
