Due to limited training funds, individuals who are residents of Macomb or St. Clair counties and individuals terminated or dislocated from an employer located in Macomb or St. Clair counties, will receive priority for training. Priority will also be given to U.S. military veterans and to the qualifying spouse of a veteran, regardless of residency.
